Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildBark West TX Dry Gin
0.25 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
0.75 oz clarified lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Top with Top Chico and Mezcal cucumber foam
Recipe:
Shake and strain the WildBark Gin, Chareau, and clarified lime juice with ice, strain into a Collins glass, and top with Topo Chico.
Ice with fresh crushed ice.
Top with Mezcal foam.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and banana leaf wrap in glass.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildJune Western Style Gin – to be served up or with broth –
Broth (egg white clarified) – 2 Tb lemongrass turmeric puree
2 small chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 Tb soy sauce
3 cups vegetable stock
1 small tomato, diced
Cilantro salt
Recipe:
Chill WildJune by stirring in ice and straining –
Serve alongside portion of broth, 3 oz – to taste

Ingredients:
1 oz WildBark West TX Dry Gin
1 oz Allspice infused WildBark West TX Dry Gin
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz roasted coconut juice
.75 oz pineapple juice
1 pipette Bennett Bermuda Bitters
1 oz Tom Yum brown sugar syrup
Recipe:
Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker tin,
shake until fully chilled, around 15 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass and top up with fresh ice,
garnish with edible flower.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildBark West TX Dry Gin
.75 oz Lavender-Cardaomom-Ginger simple syrup
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz fresh orange juice
.5 oz Elferflower liqueur
1 egg white
Recipe:
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake for 15 seconds to incorporate egg white. ,
Add ice and shake until fully chilled, around 15 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish 1/3 of the drink with dusting of nutmeg and 1 lavender sprig.

Ingredients:
1.25 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
.25 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur
.5 oz Meunier Genepy Altitude
.5 oz Apple “honey” (Apple trimming, sugar, water reduction)
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz Fever Tree Lemon Tonic
Recipe:
Add all of the ingredients except tonic to an ice-filled shaker tin, shake until fully chilled, around 15 seconds.
Strain into a Collins glass with a Collins cube or fresh ice, and top up with Fever Tree Lemon Tonic.
Garnish with horseneck orange peel and colorful straw..

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
.75 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
1 oz Earl Grey turbinado simple syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
5 drops Earl Grey bitters
2 orange wheels
2 mint bouquets
Recipe:
Muddle an orange wheelk and 5 mint leaves in a tin.
Add all ingredients and ice to tin, shake,
and double strain ove ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with and orange wheel and a mint bouquet.

1.5 oz Carrot/Ginger/Turmeric Juice
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Coriander syrup
.5 oz Strega
2 dashes Saline Solution
1 egg white
Garnish – Carrot top / mint-salt dust
Recipe:
Dry shake all of the ingredients in a shaker tin to get the egg white incorporated. Then shake with ice, 15 seconds to get to a good chill. Double strain into a rocks glass without ice. Garnish with a light dusting of carrot-top & mint salt dust.

Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
1 oz Togarashi infused simple syrup
.5 oz lychee juice
.5 oz yuzu juice
Recipe:
Shake vigorously with ice in a shaker tin, 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with citrus peel.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildBark West Texas Gin
.75 oz Passion Fruit Puree
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1 egg white
Recipe:
Dry shake all of the ingredients in a shaker tin to get the egg white incorporated. Fill shaker 3/4 full with ice and shake 15 seconds to get to a good chill. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass. Add 4 dashes of bitters in a crescent moon line. Garnish with Maraschino cherry and lemon peel skewer.

Ingredients:
1 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
1 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
1.5 oz condensed milk
1 2-hour soy sauce cured egg yolk
1.5 oz 2 hats coffee espresso brewed with coriander seed
2 drops white peppercorn infused chocolate bitters
3 oz Perrier sparkling mineral water
Recipe:
Shake all of the ingredients except the Perrier in a shaker tin 2/3 full of ice for 15 seconds. . Add the mineral water. Double strain into cocktail into a glass filled with shaved or pebble ice. Garnish with seasoned rice paper.

Ingredients:
1 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
1 oz cacao nib infused Campari (25g:500ml)
1 oz raspberry infused Dolin Rouge Vermouth (100g:375ml)
1 dash of saline solution (50g:200ml)
1 dash of Angostura Cocoa Bitters
2 dashes Saline Solution
1 egg white
Garnish – Carrot top / mint-salt dust
Recipe:
Stir in mixing glass for 10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, express orange peel, garnish with orange twist.

Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
2 oz Club Soda
1 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz ginger syrup
.5 oz Chareau Aloe liqueur
1 egg white
5 mint leaves
Recipe:
Dry shake all of the ingredients except club soda in a shaker tin to get the egg white incorporated. Then shake with ice, 15 dseconds to get to a good chill. Double strain into an ice-filled highball glass, and top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildBark West TX Dry Gin
0.25 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
0.75 oz clarified lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Top with Top Chico and Mezcal cucumber foam
Recipe:
Shake and strain the WildBark Gin, Chareau, and clarified lime juice with ice, strain into a Collins glass, and top with Topo Chico.
Ice with fresh crushed ice.
Top with Mezcal foam.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and banana leaf wrap in glass.

0.75 oz strawberry/yaupon honey syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice

Recipe
Add all ingredients to shaker, fill completely with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into coupe glass.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
0.5 oz Limoncello
0.5 oz Amaro Ramazzotti
Recipe
Build in tin, fill completely with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into rocks glass. Fill with ice. Garnish with toasted star anise.

Ingredients:
1 egg white
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz Campari
1.0 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
Top with sparkling water
Recipe
Add all ingredients except sparkling water to shaking tin. Shake without ice for a few seconds (dry shake), then add ice and shake again. Strain into a fizz glass and top with sparkling water.
