2 oz Wild June Gin
4 Raspberries - 8 Cilantro leaves
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 drops Housemade Spicy Tincture
Garnished with rose petal salt
Dehydrated Lemon wheel and raspberry
Recipe
Muddle raspberries & cilantro with 3/4 lemon juice in small tin
Add simple & Wild Gin & spicy tincture
Add ice.
Shake and fine strain.
Garnish coupe with half rim rose petal salt.
Dehydrated lemon and raspberry.
