1 Drop Maleza Hierbas Mexicanas Bitters
10% od total cocktail weight to fat wash - Forager's Organic Unsweetened Plain Yogurt

Pour 3 oz of fat washed cocktail into mixing glass, stir for roughly30 revolutions, strain into small coupe glass, lemon expression with fan cut.
