2oz WildJune Gin
1/4 oz Los Amantes mezcal
1/2 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
1/2 oz Kina L’ Aero D’or
1 oz Pamplemousse
3/4 oz lime juice
Drizzle of butterfly pea
pebble ice
Recipe
Build in shaker:
WildJune Gin, Los Amantes Mezcal, Dolin Blanc Vermouthj, Kina L’ Aero D’or, Pamplemousse, Lime Juice
Shake and strain into Collin’s glass
Add pebble ice and leave room
Drizzle butterfly pea syrup
Top with Piedra Negra Mineral Water
Garnish dehydrated lime wheel
