Ingredients
2 oz wild bark gin
1 oz hojicha matcha
1/2 oz honey syrup
2 drops saline solution
1 dash chocolate bitters
Recipe
Make the hojicha matcha.
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker tin.
Fill the shaker tin 2/3 with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Strain into the large part of the shaker, dump the ice and dry shake the cocktail for 5 seconds.
Strain into a Nick and Nora.
Garnish with an edible flower.
