2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin (citrus + spice)
2 oz Sarsaparilla Soda
1.5 oz Rhubarb and pink peppercorn Shrub acid adjusted*
5 drops Lemon Verbena tincture
Nopal Cactus Lime Foam
Garnish is Rhubarb milk dust
Recipe
Add shrub and gin into tin
Quick hard shake
Add 2 oz Sarsaparilla soda into tin
Strain into a Collin’s glass over a Collin’s cube
Add Nopal Cactus Lime FoamDust the Rhubarb Milk Dust over top of foam
