1 oz Mesquite Honey Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
2-3 Slices Fresh Poblano Pepper
Splash Blood Orange Sparkling Soda
Fresh Mint Sprig and Blood Orange Wheel for Garnish
Recipe
Add sliced poblano peppers to a shaker tin and gently muddle to release their flavor and aromatics. Add WildJune Western Style Gin, mesquite honey syrup, fresh lime juice, and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
