Ingredients
2 oz Black tea, Assam leaf, cardamom, star anise, and tamarind infused WildJune Western Style Gin
1/2 oz High horse orange liqueur
3/4 oz Orgeat
1/4 oz citric acid.
Garnish -
Coconut foam with toasted coconut and mace sprinkled.
Recipe
Start with citric, orgeat, orange liqueur.
Pour in infused Gin. Shake and pour.
Top with coconut foam and garnish with toasted coconut and mace.
