Ingredients
2oz wild bark gin
2 oz strawberry top & tx tarragon syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
egg white & abstinthe rinse
Recipe
Add 1 ice cube & egg white & shake until cube disappears.
Add more ice to shaker combine other ingredients except absinthe.
Shake until nicely foamy .
Rim glass with crushed dehy strawberry, salt & black pepper.
Rinse glass with absinthe & pour out.
Strain the drink into the coupe
Express a lemon peel & sit on edge of drink near the salty rim.
