West Texas Mule
Ingredients:
2 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
2 oz Ginger Beer
Serve over Ice
Recipe:
A built cocktail in a Mule Mug,
or highball glass.
Remove WildBark from cooler or freezer.
Combine with the Ginger Beer.
No need for simple syrup.
Optional:
Switch out WildBark with WildJune to make a Summer Mule.
West Texas Spring Water
Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
3 small chunks of Cucumber
4 leaves of Mint
Sparkling Water
Recipe:
Muddle the Cucumber and Mint,
Add WildJune, Ice,
and top with Topo Chico (Sparkling Water)
Garnish with cucumber, sprig of mint,
and squeeze of lime (optional).

Wild Paloma
Ingredients:
2 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
3 Sage Leaves Torn and Put in Shaker
3-5 drops 1:4 Saline Solution
Rim with Sloan Seasonings Garlic Salt
Recipe:
Shake hard in a shaker tin full of ice for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe half rimmed with Sloan Seasonings Garlic Salt. Garnish with a fresh Sage Leaf.
Wild & Pink
Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
2 oz Fever Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
Mint Leaf Garnish
Wild Girl Gimlet
Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
1 oz Meyer Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Pink Elderflower Liqueur
1 dropper Rose Bitters
Recipe:
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a slice of Meyer Lemon and a Rosebud. Credit: Molly Harris

Ingredients:
2.0 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
0.75 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Recipe:
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
June Bug
Ingredients:
1 Part WildJune Western Style Gin
1 Part Lo-Fi Amaro
1 Part Dolin Blanc Vermouth
Dash Simple Syrup
Lemon Wheel Garnish
Recipe:
You can build this in a rocks glass, but we prefer to stir in a shaker full of ice and then strain into a rocks glass with one big ice cube.
Let’s Have a Wild Thyme
Ingredients:
2 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
2 bar spoons Lemon Thyme simple syrup
2 oz Grapefruit Sparkling Water
Recipe:
Shake with ice, strain into coupe, garnish with fresh Lemon Thyme. (Syrup is 1:1 sugar:water simple syrup, fill with Lemon Thyme to the surface (depending on how much volume you want to prepare)).
Wild Watermelon
(Summertime Favorite)
Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
2 Cubes of Fresh Watermelon
8 Mint Leaves
Splash of Simple Syrup (optional)
Club Soda (Richard’s Sparkling Rainwater or Topo Chico)
Ice
Recipe:
Muddle the mint and fresh watermelon.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a martini glass,
or serve in an ice-filled tumbler.
Top off with Club Soda and garnish with mint
Love Potion
Ingredients:
Stir:
1.5 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
0.5 oz Combier Rose Liqueur
0.25 oz Liquiore Strega
Bar Spoon Lemon Rose Simple Syrup
(add all the above to stirring crystal)
Shake:
0.75 oz Lemon Rose Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
(add above 3 to shaker and add ice)
Recipe:
Stir the stirred ingredients,
while shaking the shaken ingredients.
Pour the stirred ingredients into a rocks glass,
over a large rock.
Double strain the shaken ingredients into another shaker tin,
shake again with strainer spring.
Double strain the shaker tin ingredients
on top of the cocktail in the rocks glass.
Garnish with rose petals and serve a Love Potion.

Wild Honey
Ingredients:
0.75 oz WildBark West TX Dry Gin
0.75 oz strawberry/yaupon honey syrup
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to shaker,
fill completely with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into coupe glass.

Bada Bing Martini
(Molly’s favorite)
Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
1 Bada Bing Cherry (from Tillens)
Ice
Recipe:
Shake WildJune Western Style Gin with ice.
Strain into a martini glass & add a cherry.
** To make a Dirty Cherry,
simply add more cherry juice to glass.
West Texas Martini
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz (75 ml) WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
Lemon Twist
Recipe:
Stir WildBark in a tin full of ice for a full 30 seconds to get it to 32 degrees F.
Strain into a frozen coupe or Martini glass with a lemon twist.
Spring Awakening
Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildBark West Texas Dry Gin
0.75 Lavender-Cardamom-Ginger simple syrup
0.75 fresh lime juice
0.5 fresh orange juice
0.5 Elderflower liqueur
1 egg white
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice to the shaker tin and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish 1/3 of the drink with a dusting of nutmeg and 1 lavender sprig.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Wildjune Western Style Gin
0.5 oz Wildbark West Texas Dry Gin
0.5 oz Prickly pear syrup
0.5 oz Organic butterfly pea flower tea
0.5 oz Organic unsweetened hibiscus tea
0.5 oz Fresh-squeezed lemon
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
Dry shake for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker tin and vigorously shake for 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish 1/3 of the drink with a dusting of nutmeg and 1 lavender sprig.

Ingredients:
1.25 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
0.25 oz Alpeggio Hay Liqueur
0.5 oz Meunier Genepy Altitude
0.5 oz Apple “Honey” (Apple trimmings syrup)
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Fever Tree Lemon Tonic
Recipe
Add all ingredients except tonic to a shaker tin, add ice and shake. Double strain into a Collins glass, over a Collins cube or 5 large ice cubes. Top with Lemon Tonic. Garnish with a horseneck orange peel and a colorful straw.

The Grey Lady
Ingredients:
1.5 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
0.75 oz Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
1 oz Earl Grey turbinado simple syrup
0.5 oz lemon juice
5 drops Earl Grey bitters
2 orange wheels
2 mint bouquets
Recipe
Muddle an orange wheel and 5 mint leaves in a tin.
Add all ingredients, shake, and double-strain over ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint bouquet.

1/2 lychee juice

Wild Orange Thing
Ingredients:
2 Parts WildJune Western Style Gin
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Part High Horse Orange Liqueur
1 Part Mango Puree
Rim with Sloan’s Spicy Smoky Salt
Recipe:
Shake hard in a shaker tin full of ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with Sloan’s Spicy Smoky Salt. Garnish with a lime wheel and mango slices.
Wild Rose Hip Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin
1 oz Wild Rose Hip Simple Syrup
Serve up with fresh rose hips as garnish
Recipe:
Forage for Wild Rose Hips
(preferably after the first snow)
Make Wild Rose Hip Simple Syrup (preferably using Monk Fruit instead of sugar; straining off the seeds and skins of the rose hips
Mix 2 oz WildJune Western Style Gin + 1 oz Wild Rose Hip Simple Syrup in a shaker with ice & serve in a chilled martini glass with fresh rose hips as a garnish. Enjoy!
